Tackle Fanatics team member Chris Gibson recently landed this stunning 34lb 8oz mirror, a short six hour session at St. Georges Lake in Berkshire produced the goods for the 20-year-old.
Chris managed to locate fish as it was getting dark and cast Mainline Pineapple High-Viz popups, mounted on Chod rigs to a silty patch in amongst weed. After a quiet night without any action Chris was about to pack up and head back to work as his rod sprang into life, after a spirited fight his prize was in the net.
Chris used Atomic Chodda hooks, a Korda 20lb Mouth Trap hooklink, Atomic leadcore and Insight GR60 mainline.
